The client
Majlis Ansarullah UK’s Muqami Region organised a fundraising dinner in support of Beacon of Peace, the national charity whose work centres on serving humanity.
The challenge
The region was hosting a fundraising dinner in support of Beacon of Peace and needed every printed item on the night to feel considered, consistent and worthy of the cause — while making it easy for guests to give.
The approach
The evening was given its own identity built on Beacon of Peace’s brand: a deep green ground, warm gold detailing and classic serif typography, so the dinner felt formal and generous rather than corporate.
Each piece was then designed for how it would actually be used — menus readable in low light, a donation poster with a large, framed QR code and one clear call to action, and fold-over table cards that read correctly from both sides of the table.
The solution
One visual family, from screen to table: a digital event cover and identity, charity dinner menus, “Make a Difference” donation posters with a scan-to-donate QR code, double-sided reserved signs, fold-over table numbers and laminated registration badges — prepared print-ready and produced together.
