Who we are
This website is operated by MN Studio ("we", "us"), an independent graphic design and print studio founded by Masood Malik and based in Farnborough, Hampshire, United Kingdom. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website.

Enquiries
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us — name, organisation, email, telephone, preferred contact method, project information and any file you attach. We also record, for that enquiry only, how you arrived at the site (the first page you visited, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link) so we can understand which of our marketing leads to genuine enquiries.
We use this information to respond to you, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where a contract follows, performance of that contract. We keep enquiries that do not become projects for up to 24 months, then delete them.
Analytics — no cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited, how quickly they load, the referring website and the visitor's approximate country, device and browser. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint visitors and does not track you across other websites.
We rely on the exemption for analytics used solely to improve our website.
Service providers
- Cloudflare — website hosting, cookieless web analytics, security. Cloudflare is based in the United States; transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law.
- Our email provider — to receive and reply to enquiries.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@mnstudio.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
