- Design help
- Basic setup and small adjustments can often be included. Bespoke design, restoration, retouching and new artwork are quoted separately.
- Timings
- Depend on the piece, the quantity and the finish. We agree them with you at the start and tell you straight away if anything changes.
- Delivery
- Local delivery and UK postage or courier, depending on the order. Options and costs are confirmed when you order.

Questions
Can I send my own photo or design?
Yes. We check every file for size and quality before printing, and tell you if anything needs fixing.
Can you help me design something?
Yes. Basic setup and small adjustments can often be included. Bespoke design, photo restoration, retouching and new artwork are quoted separately, so you know where you stand before we start.
Will I see it before it’s printed?
Always. Nothing goes to print until you’ve approved the proof.
How do I get my order?
Local delivery and UK postage or courier are available, depending on the order. Options and costs are confirmed when you order.
