The client
Beacon of Peace is one of the UK’s most active national charities, founded in 1985 to relieve suffering, foster community cohesion and promote peace. It has more than 6,500 volunteers, has supported over 663 charities and has raised and donated £10.6m.
The challenge
The charity's annual Partners Appreciation Dinner celebrates the charities and partners it works with across the UK.
With community leaders, charity representatives and supporters attending, every printed item had to carry the gravity and warmth of the occasion. There was no room for generic print.
Work delivered
MN Studio took the brief from concept to delivery as a single point of contact — design, print buying and logistics. The backdrop behind the stage, the invitation guests received, the menu on the table and the registration cards at the door were developed as one visual family.
A coordinated suite of event print: a large-format stage backdrop, formal invitations, menu cards, registration cards and venue graphics — each produced to a standard that reflected the charity and the evening.
Scope
- 01Stage backdrop — designed and large-format produced
- 02Formal dinner invitations
- 03Menu cards
- 04Guest registration cards
- 05Large-format venue graphics
Outcome
Following the dinner, the charity's Chairman asked for MN Studio's involvement again — the start of an ongoing creative partnership supporting Beacon of Peace's events programme.
