Project Management & Large-Scale Delivery

Projects run from start to finish — planned, scheduled, staffed and delivered. When a job is bigger, I bring in a specialist team and manage it, so you still deal with one person.

Some projects are a single print run. Others are a national conference, a rebrand rolled out across a whole organisation, or a publication with many contributors and several language editions. MN Studio runs both kinds the same way: one plan, one standard, one person accountable.

When a job is bigger than one studio, I assemble the team it needs — additional designers and artworkers, copywriters and translators, and specialist printers, signage makers, finishers and installers — and manage them directly. You don’t have to brief five suppliers or chase anyone: you get one schedule, clear sign-off points and regular updates.

The result is the reach of a larger agency with the attention of an independent studio — and the same person who designed the work making sure it arrives finished, checked and on time.

Questions

Can an independent studio take on a large project?

Yes. When a job needs more hands, I bring in trusted specialists — additional designers and artworkers, copywriters, translators, printers, signage makers and installers — and manage them myself. You still have one plan, one schedule and one point of contact, and everything is designed and checked to one standard.

How do you keep a large project on track?

One plan and schedule, worked back from your deadline; agreed sign-off points; regular updates; and every supplier briefed and checked directly by me. Nothing goes to print until you have approved it in writing.

Can you manage a project we have already started?

Often, yes. I can take over the planning, artwork, print and delivery of a project in progress, or run the production side of work designed elsewhere. Get in touch with what you have so far.
