The client

Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UKNational charity · United Kingdom

Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UK is a national charity. Its annual Majlis Shura brings delegates from across the country together for consultation.

02

The challenge

The client needed every piece of print and digital collateral for its annual national Majlis Shura — from the moment delegates registered to the moment they sat down at the evening dinner.

With hundreds of attendees and a tight deadline, every item had to be accurate, consistent and polished. Rather than managing several suppliers, the organisation wanted a single point of contact across design, data, print and digital.

03

The approach

With hundreds of personalised items, accuracy mattered as much as design. Registration badges and car passes were produced by mail merge directly from the delegate data, creating individually named, print-ready files without manual re-keying.

Every printed piece was designed to one visual standard so the event felt cohesive from arrival to dinner. The stage received the same treatment: a bespoke table wrap for the front table and a dice wrap designed to mirror the backdrop.

For the 47th Majlis Shura, the stage banner was built around the verse from Surah Ash-Shura that gives the gathering its name — the Arabic and its English translation set as equals inside a gold arch, beside the event title and dates.

The solution
