Case Study — Events & Print
Design and print services for a national annual leadership conference — including delegate registration materials, event branding, signage, identification passes and printed collateral for approx 700 attendees.
The Brief
The client needed every piece of print and digital collateral for a large-scale national leadership conference — from the moment delegates registered to the moment they sat down at the dinner. With approx 700 attendees, every item needed to be accurate, consistent and polished under a tight deadline.
Rather than managing multiple suppliers, they came to MN Studio for a single point of contact across the entire project — design, data management, print production and digital assets all handled in one place.
The Approach
With approx 700 personalised items to produce, accuracy was as important as design. Registration badges and car passes were created using mail merge, pulling from the delegate data to produce individually named print-ready files — efficiently and without error.
All printed materials were designed to a consistent visual standard, ensuring the event felt cohesive from arrival to dinner. The stage itself was given the same treatment — a bespoke table wrap for the front stage table and a dice wrap designed to mirror the backdrop, tying every visual element of the venue together.
Alongside the print run, digital versions of key items were prepared — optimised for sharing via email and social media before and after the event.
How it worked
Received delegate data and event details. Agreed visual direction and item specifications.
Designed all collateral to a unified standard — badges, invites, booklets, backdrops and placards.
Mail merged approx 700 personalised badges and car passes from the delegate list — zero errors.
Managed the full print run and created digital-optimised versions for email and social sharing.
