The Brief

A global firm. One deck to say it all.

Funds Partnership is a Singapore-based global recruitment and workforce solutions firm, established since 2007 and operating across 15+ countries. Their offering spans three integrated pillars — traditional executive search, global workforce solutions and their proprietary AI recruitment platform, RecruitAI OS.

The brief was clear: take a complex, multi-layered proposition and present it in a way that would land with senior decision-makers quickly. The deck needed to reflect the credibility of an internationally established firm, work across cultures and markets, and be delivered in time for client meetings with no room for delay.

The Approach

Structure first. Then design.

Before a slide was designed, the architecture of the deck was considered carefully. A three-pillar model that includes both traditional recruitment and a proprietary AI platform needs to be sequenced well — if the structure is wrong, the design cannot save it. Each section was given its own visual weight and flow, so the reader is taken on a journey rather than confronted with information.

The visual language was built to sit alongside the Funds Partnership brand — authoritative, clean and professional, without feeling generic. The deck works as a presentation tool on screen and as a PDF sent ahead of meetings, so every layout was considered for both contexts.

MN Studio works directly with the Managing Director, meaning turnaround is fast, feedback loops are short, and there is no dilution of intent between brief and output.
