Case Study — Long-Term Creative Partnership
More than a design brief — a long-term creative partnership supporting riders, events and communications across the UK and Europe, year after year.
The Partnership
AMEA Cycling Club required more than occasional design support. As the club continued to grow, it needed a trusted creative partner capable of supporting its branding, communications, publications, apparel and event materials across both domestic and international projects.
Over a number of years, MN Studio has worked closely with the club — providing ongoing creative and print support whilst helping to maintain a consistent and professional identity across all member-facing communications. Every touchpoint, from a rider's jersey to a participant pack, is treated with the same standard of care.
"As an active cycling enthusiast myself, the partnership is strengthened by a genuine understanding of the sport, the cycling community and the practical requirements of riders and event organisers. This allows every project to combine strong visual design with real-world functionality."
— Masood, MN StudioFlagship Initiative
One of the club's flagship initiatives, Ride4Peace is an international cycling programme that brings riders together to participate in challenging multi-day events across Europe — promoting peace, community engagement and charitable causes.
Over several years, MN Studio has supported Ride4Peace through the creation of participant materials, publications, event branding and rider communications, helping deliver a professional experience from initial registration through to event completion.
Ongoing Support
Beyond Ride4Peace, MN Studio continues to provide creative support across the club's wider activities — keeping the brand consistent and the communications professional as the club grows.
How it works
Event timelines, rider numbers and material requirements agreed well in advance of each project.
All materials designed to a consistent visual standard — from apparel to publications to digital assets.
Print managed end-to-end — supplier coordination, pre-press and quality control handled in-house.
Materials delivered on time for events, with digital assets distributed to riders and communications sent.
Whether it's a one-off event or a long-term creative partnership, MN Studio brings the same consistency and commitment to every brief.
